Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund  back  the  money, provided  the  reasons  are  genuine  and  proved  after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their items and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Return Policy: Our policy lasts 72 hours. If 72 hours have gone by since your product was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Return will only be accepted in case the product delivered is Damaged, Defective & Wrong Product Delivered. It must also be in the Original Packaging.

Requests received later than  4 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • * Any item that is returned more than 72 hours after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you’re return is approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of Credit Note. You can use the same amount of Credit Note in your future purchases.

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund, after 2 weeks, the client is eligible for  up to 50%, make sure that you return the item within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provider  at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
